We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our high performing B2C Sales team , this role is based in Melbourne and your territory spans across Melbourne western/northern suburbs plus some regional VIC centres in Geelong, Ballarat & Bendigo. We are looking for a driven, self-reliant Territory Sales Manager who… Will independently manage a portfolio of stores across Melbourne’s western/northern suburbs plus some regional VIC, acting as an ambassador for Nespresso while building and maintaining professional relationships across your territory. Be Active in-market- plan your week, prioritise high-impact visits, and take ownership of results across your territory Manage key Relationships with influential decision-makers and stakeholders on territory- building trust, credibility and long-term partnerships
Use strong negotiating and influencing skills to secure point-of-sale, ranging, activation and merchandising opportunities that drive machine sell-out Set up and maintain best-in-class Visual Merchandising standards so our brand shines- ensuring planogram compliance, premium execution and strong in-store presence Train and Coach a wide network of contacts (store teams, managers, and partners) to lift product knowledge, advocacy and execution—both in-store and offsite Coordinate territory activations, often in partnership with our Activation Agency, including in-store demonstration, consumer shows, pop up events to build brand awareness and support commercial outcomes How you will be rewarded… With respect at our core, our employees have the space to be innovative
