By joining our Commercial Team, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, helping reshape the industry and redefine what’s possible.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your ‘day to day’:</strong></p><p>As a Territory Executive, you’ll be the face of PMI in your assigned territory <strong>(North Taipei OR Kaohsiung) </strong>—driving commercial excellence, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring our products are visible and available at every point of sale.</p><ul type="disc"><li>Lead the planning and execution of outlet coverage routes aligned with sales cycle objectives. You’ll prioritize POS coverage, complete ICMs effectively, and meet cycle goals.</li><li>Maximize product availability and manage out-of-stock situations by engaging and educating retailers. You’ll select high-performing outlets and allocate trade programs to maximize ROI.</li><li>Analyze sales cycle results and provide feedback to Commercial Planning
You’ll help shape future strategies through data-driven insights and regular business reviews.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners through regular visits and collaboration.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account-level volume performance. You’ll report findings and support action planning with your supervisor.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Who we are looking for:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>2+ years of relevant experience in managing retailers and/or wholesalers. FMCG experience is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Strong analytical and planning skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.</li><li
