The MRDA Technician supports Metrology and RealTime Defects Analysis operations by executing measurement activities, monitoring process deviations, assisting engineers with defect investigations, and ensuring timely detection of issues affecting product quality
The role focuses on hands on tool operation, data collection, basic troubleshooting, material disposition, product and tool qualification, and supporting improvement projects within the manufacturing environment. Realtime Defects Analysis operations by executing measurement activities, monitoring process deviations, assisting engineers with defect investigations, and ensuring timely detection of issues affecting product quality. The role focuses on hands-on tool operation, data collection, first level or basic troubleshooting, and supporting improvement projects within the manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities Metrology & Defect Detection Support Perform measurement activities using established recipes to provide quick and accurate feedback on product integrity. Operate inspection and metrology tools to support defect detection using the latest innovative inspection technologies. Collect and organize measurement and defect data for engineer review
Process & Equipment Monitoring Conduct routine monitoring using Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts according to defined tool qualification criteria. Follow sampling methodologies to proactively identify deviations in machinery and processes and escalate
