What You Will Do in This Role: Research, plan, organize, and conduct comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills of Foley’s workforce

Develop and distribute instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids to optimize the learning experience. Collaborate with other departments to deliver specialized training programs based on their requests. Ensure timely completion of all required documentation and follow-up activities

Keep training courses up to date with the latest technical developments. Schedule, test, and certify technicians on relevant equipment, ensuring a high level of competency. Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations

Strong planning and organizational abilities to deliver structured and effective training programs

Ability to present and facilitate skills to engage and educate participants. High school diploma is required.
