Technical Application Specialist, Single-Use and Hardware (all genders)

About this role

<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p><p>As part of the SUIPS Customer Application team, you will leverage your technical expertise in Single Use technologies and hardware to drive sales and business growth. <span data-teams="true">Collaborating closely with the Commercial and Customer Applications teams, you will develop and implement integrated solutions for customers located in Germany, Austria, and Central & Eastern Europe</span>. Your role will include managing complex projects from pre-sales through implementation, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience

Your understanding of market dynamics and customer needs will enable you to identify strategic opportunities for growth. You will engage with customers both in person and virtually, presenting our expertise while addressing their specific needs. Your contributions will extend to assisting Field Marketing and Commercial teams in planning and executing regional action plans

Additionally, you will act as a liaison, sharing customer feedback with the business to shape our strategies and product offerings.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with commercial partners to enhance sales and drive the adoption of Single Use & Hardware portfolio.</li><li>Present technical expertise to customers via face-to-face and virtual interactions.</li><li>Assess customer needs and apply technical expertise, to ensure optimal use of technology within applicable regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Manage customer projects effectively from pre-sales through successful implementation.</li><li>Assist Field Marketing and Commercial teams in planning and executing regional action plans</li><li>Prepare and validate information required for prioritizing customer projects</li><li>Promote a collaborative mindset by supporting the broader product portfolio where relevant.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor‘s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engine
