Growing together. Under general supervision as a Team Lead, coordinates the daily support operations of a single clinical area or group. Primarily acts as a Medical Assistant and performs the full duties associated with this role

Is a resource for other support staff and may fill in for staff as needed to provide appropriate coverage of the department. Takes lead role in ensuring department workflow is of a high quality. Primary Responsibilities: Serves as a skilled clinical/administrative support resource for team members Assumes leadership duties while performing nonexempt support tasks Evaluates daily schedules and ensures coverage during absences Implements and adjusts operational procedures within established guidelines Guides staff on workflow execution and suggests improvements Supports performance reviews and monitors service quality (e.g., phone systems) Acts as point of contact for patient issues and may supervise in manager's absence You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in

Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test)
