Discover more at Lam Benefits Job Descriptions: Essential Function: As a CNC Machining Team Lead, you’ll combine technical expertise with leadership skills to guide a team of machinists across all levels

You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure production goals are met, and foster a collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll also serve as the primary liaison between your team and engineering, quality, and management. Set up and operate 3 to 5 axis CNC machine tools to accurately machine parts per work instructions and manufacturing plan

Make work and tool offsets as needed. Test safety features of machine during set up. Will be required to operate multiple production machines

Verify conformance of in-process and final products through dimensional and visual ins
