Evaluates existing and evolving healthcare and privacy compliance, ethics and related legislation and regulations and other marketplace/industry dynamics to determine requirements for Roche policies and procedures. Assess the employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements.</p><p></p><p>Manages and completes internal and external reporting regarding the affiliate's healthcare, privacy, ethics and related compliance

Responds to inquiries and provides guidance and advice on compliance and resources to support business operations, team and individual adherence. Where observed, escalates actual or potential compliance violations or other issues to relevant colleagues or management, according to local, regional and/or global policies and procedures.</p><p></p><p><b>Role <span>Responsibilities: </span> </b></p><p><b>Operational</b></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for assessing compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company’s Policies, Procedures and External regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Clearly documents all compliance assessment (i.e. assessment results) activities in concur during claim processing</p></li><li><p>Escalates issues and recommend resolution plans in a timely manner to the RSS
