As an Associate Systems Engineer, you’ll join a global team that plans, implements, and supports secure, resilient endpoints and platforms—partnering closely with vendors and global support groups to deliver nimble, client‑centric solutions

What a Associate Systems Engineer does at Visa Provide project management, technical advice, and hands‑on support to client institutions and processors—consistently exceeding customer expectations. Coordinate projects end‑to‑end with proper documentation, keep tasks and status up to date. Create implementation scripts (Shell, python & more) for vendor field engineers and support teams to enable installation and activation

Perform remote installations of Linux systems in partnership with on‑site vendor engineers. Work proactively with Global Support, clients, and vendors to deliver flexible solutions and resolve system problems quickly. Manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels, handle escalations appropriately

Ensure deployments follow Visa security guidelines, report and remediate any non‑compliance. Communicate and collaborate cordially within a global team across cultures and time zones.
