As a strategic partner to Merchandising and HQ, you will balance commercial ambition with operational precision to maximize sell-through, protect brand equity, and elevate client experience. This role reports to the Managing Director, SEAO

Job responsibilities Business Partnering & Strategy Develop and drive an integrated demand strategy aligned with regional business objectives. Act as a key partner to Merchandising, proactively reviewing and challenging sales and assortment plans to optimize performance. Provide actionable insights to support key decisions including assortment planning (PER/CO), store openings, and retail initiatives

Collaborate closely with HQ planning and global supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence. Sales Forecasting & Planning Own the monthly forecasting and best estimate process across all product categories. Partner with Merchandising and HQ to build, validate, and challenge sales plans at category and SKU level

Partner with Merchandising and HQ to build and validate the Best Estimate for the regions at category and country level Drive forecast accuracy through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement methodologies. Support buying sessions with robust sales projections and ensure accurate order entry aligned with planning assumptions. Leverage planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) to deliver reliable forecasts and actionable insights
