THE ROLE: The Wafer Planning role is a critical planning role within AMD’s Global Operations organization. This role orchestrates cross‑functional inputs (Business Unit Demand, AMD Inventory, product level wafer needs, wafer process and supplier capacity), drives constrained-supply scenario planning, and ensures repeatable governance, version control, and data integrity as the organization transitions from Excel-based processes toward scalable analytics and enterprise data platforms. The position requires semiconductor planning experience, and the ability to lead complex, global alignment across Product Planning, BUs, Operations, Finance, and key foundry partners

THE PERSON: Strategic and analytical thinking; ability to translate complex allocation logic into executive-ready recommendations.
