The Role The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is responsible for providing functional support, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of one or more modules within the SuccessFactors platform (such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, among others). The role involves functional analysis, incident resolution, configuration adjustments, HR integration review, data validation, key‑user support, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives within the AMS model
The consultant also participates in SIT/UAT testing cycles, coordinates with technical and functional teams, supports change governance processes, prepares functional documentation, and contributes to post‑release stabilization, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and IT standards. Responsibilities 1) Incident and Request Management (AMS) Analyze, diagnose, and resolve functional incidents within the assigned SuccessFactors modules. Handle business requests by assessing functional impact and proposing configurations aligned with SAP best practices
Validate master data, end‑to‑end processes, and configured business rules. Manage tickets according to established priority, impact, and SLA guidelines. 2) Functional Configuration and Module Maintenance Adjust configurations within SuccessFactors modules in alignment with HR processes and operational requirements
