THE ROLE: The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing commercial activities, total cost and supplier performance for Contract Manufacturers(CMs). Responsible to manage CMs as the global lead for the company. Drive supplier development through innovation and collaboration

This role will develop a global procurement strategy; implementing a supplier development program that has an integrated long-term approach on cost, quality, and service. Will be responsible to develop and manage the strategic supplier relationships. THE PERSON: Drives both tactical and strategic sourcing deliverables

Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for acquiring results. Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise but not limited to supply chain, board operations, engineering, finance, quality and legal teams

The position also requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment on multiple projects with competing or changing priorities. Resolve methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activi
