You can watch your efforts bear fruit while making a life-changing impact on customers.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Your ‘day to day’</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Contribute to the development of the team and replace the Store Manager whenever necessary, supporting management activities and ensuring the development of people through feedback, training, and coaching.</li><li>Contribute to the monitoring and quality of all store operations and logistics.</li><li>Take responsibility and ownership of qualitative and quantitative results, as well as the in-store consumer experience.</li><li>Support the Store Manager in recruiting new team members.</li><li>Organize meeting, schedules, and manage in-store functions.</li><li>Monitor inventory and stock.</li><li>Comply with and ensure compliance with PMI standards and guidelines regarding equipment, legal requirements, operations, logistics, and consumer experience.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Enthusiastic personality with a consumer focus.</li><li>Proactive, committed, and ambitious attitude.</li><li>Management skills, analytical sense, and critical thinking.</li><li>Motivation to lead teams.</li><li>Ease with retail or business systems (e.g., Outlook, MS Office, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in native Portuguese and fluent English (mandatory).</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Fixed-term employment contract directly with
