The Starlink Enterprise Account Management team serves as the primary point of contact for Starlink’s growing base of enterprise customers from contract signature through successful activation and ongoing growth

&nbsp;</p> <p>This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing large, complex enterprise agreements. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for customer success, and unlocking growth for Starlink enterprise customers.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary point of contact with accounts and fully own your assigned book of business from contract signature through onboarding, day-to-day management, and long-term growth</li> <li>Build strong stakeholder relationships, understand their needs, set clear expectations, and identify new revenue opportunities</li> <li>Collect customer feedback and work to improve or fix pain points internally to improve Starlink’s products, technology, and processes</li> <li>Track readiness, risks, schedules, and payments for your accounts and communicate clearly to hit revenue targets on time</li> <li>Become a subject matter expert within the team to help shape strategy for your assigned region and create process or system improvements that help the team scale</li> <li>Proactively monitor overall account health, including payments, product performance, support issues, contract compliance, and relationship quality</li> </ul> <p><strong>BASIC QUA
