Staff Specialist, Global Mobility, Singapore Job Summary As a Staff Specialist, Global Mobility, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Micron’s international relocation and assignment programs

You will act as a subject‑matter advisor, partnering closely with People Organization leaders, Finance, Tax, Legal, and third‑party service providers to enable business objectives through compliant, cost‑effective, and employee‑centric mobility solutions. You will independently manage complex mobility cases, driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, and contributing to regional and global mobility strategy and process improvements. You will also actively engage with external mobility networks to stay ahead of industry trends

Main Responsibilities Independently manage assigned components of the company’s mobility program, including planning, execution, communication, assessment, and continuous operational optimization to meet business and talent objectives. Serve as a Talent Mobility advisor, providing consultative guidance on relocation and assignment solutions to People Organization partners and business stakeholders. Act as the point of contact for Micron’s contracted Relocation Management Company (RMC) regional office, strong partnerships, service delivery excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
