As Staff Engineer in the Rapid Deployment team, you will play a key role in enabling fast, repeatable and low‑risk deployment of ARIC across a wide range of environments. You will work under the technical direction of the Senior Staff Engineer, owning significant components of the Rapid Deployment platform. The Rapid Deployment team builds and owns the tooling, automation and technical standards that dramatically reduce deployment time and operational risk, allowing customers to adopt and upgrade ARIC with confidence across: Public cloud environments (AWS initially, with a clear multi‑cloud roadmap) Customer‑managed datacentres Hybrid and security‑constrained environments This role is hands‑on, with responsibility for delivering robust implementation and contributing to the technical direction of the platform
