GLOBAL FACILITIES CSA ENGINEER As the Global Facilities Regional Engineering CSA Engineer (Civil, Structural & Architectural) you will be responsible for providing technical support, expertise, and lead business process alignment on construction project design, management, schedule, cost control, testing & commissioning, operational and maintenance programs for the CSA Engineering at all manufacturing sites in your location / region

As a global team member residing in your current site/geography, you will represent all facility design standard alignment, construction project management, O&M BKM alignment initiatives. You will also support the Global Facilities Central Engineering Team, Construction Team , Line Planning Team and O&M Team in providing critical design standard alignment, supplier quality improvement, operational and maintenance input and support construction projects. Critical metrics include construction project management, schedule, cost control, safety index, and facilities system reliability improvement program in eliminating production events that minimize lost moves and scrap

Responsibilities and tasks: Project Design and construction of regional green field project with alignment to global standards and collaboration with central sustainability, cost, construction and line planning team. Engineering support for site projects, Alpha to Beta technology transfer and sustainability projects Review and approve site capacity expansion and sustainability
