Key Responsibilities Lead the organization in developing new methodologies, capabilities, and innovations for failure analysis, and proliferate these across the Micron network. Lead collaboration with a diverse group of engineering teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve sophisticated fab issues applying novel failure analysis techniques, statistical data analysis, and other innovative methodologies, effectively identify the root-cause of issues and implement robust solutions

Work closely with internal partners to understand requests, define and isolate the problems, deliver clear analysis, and develop robust solution to effectively improve and resolve yield, quality, test programs, and other critical fab issues. Support Yield Improvement teams in resolving critical and advance problems, including improving coverage at Probe, repair optimization, pattern stress, bug optimization, and Force Fail criteria review and verification. Drive or represent the team in important task force meetings and provide clear, detailed reports to internal partners, explaining the electrical failure models and mechanisms observed
