Job Mission The Transfer Project Lead leads x-functional teams responsible for a number of supply chain transfers for complex parts and modules and to meet the required QLTCS (Quality, Logistic, Technology, cost, Sustainability) specifications

This role is also part of cross-discipline management team including development & Engineering, Product Mgmt., Manufacturing, Customer Support, and Sourcing & Procurement with focus on sourcing and procurement deliverables. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of cross-discipline team members to achieve ASML product transfer strategies. Apply ASML’s project management standards to lead coordination of Initiation, Plan, Execution, and Closure phases to achieve ASML product transfer strategies

To deliver the sourcing and supply chain requirements with sourcing managers (SL) and category managers (CM), to meet the agreed quality (Q), material availability and move rate (L), technology performance (T), cost (C), and sustainability (S) requirements.
