Job Details: Job Description: Intel's Foundry Automation (IFA) Infrastructure and Security (InfraSec) group is seeking a Sr. Software Engineering Manager, reporting to the GM of IFA Infrastructure and Security Group. As the Senior Software Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure and Security group, you will lead the teams responsible for the foundation of our global operations

You will oversee the development of highly scalable distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and the robust security frameworks that protect our customers and data. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a blend of deep technical expertise in systems architecture and a proven track record of scaling high-performing engineering organizations. In this role, you will engage with other Foundry leaders to represent InfraSec, negotiate terms, and align resources for current programs, as well as coordinate future initiatives

Additionally, you will collaborate with product teams to guide software engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and security efforts in alignment with program objectives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results that directly impact organizational goals and performance. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and flexibility are essential to success

Responsibilities: Develop and guide the IFA InfraSec strategy and roadmap for manufacturing business functions Establish proactive, strategic engagements with key partners and customers to define, align, and execute roadmaps. Ensure that solutions and capabilities meet the needs of Intel factories and Intel Foundry customers without adversely impacting velocity. Establish, develop, and foster strong stakeholder, customer, and partner relationships with a focus on roadmap alignment and flawless product/process insertions into manufacturing environments
