Job Description We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to join our Customer Journey product team, responsible for designing intuitive, modern, and AI-enhanced user experiences across the end-to-end customer lifecycle. This role will focus on creating seamless experiences spanning marketing engagement, lead capture, digital journeys, and sales interactions

You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with intelligent systems, ensuring experiences are not only functional, but also adaptive, personalized, and easy to use. Key Responsibilities: Design CRM user experiences across the full customer journey from marketing to sales to customer support Create intuitive flows that connect marketing, digital, and sales, CS, and Product touchpoints into a cohesive experience Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and CRM-integrated interfaces Design experiences that incorporate AI-driven features such as recommendations, personalization, and automation Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, transparent, and user-friendly interfaces Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities Develop personas, scenarios, and customer journey maps Use data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across both customiz
