Job Description Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product strategy for Payment Rails in Brazil, Latin America and globally, leading the mapping and integrations for the evolution of the Pismo Core Banking platform to support multiple use cases in the region, mainly those focused on PIX, Bre-B, CoDi and other payment systems, domestically and internationally. Support the development of the expansion strategy for countries and regions that are part of our global expansion plan; Support Pismo teams and the partnership team in finding the most suitable partners and providers for the products to be enabled, ensuring efficient integrations with payment and financial services providers

Ensure evolution of products and features, supporting current and new clients, as well as monitoring industry standards, market trends and tech innovations. Mapping needs, insights and feedback from our clients, prospects and market. As Product Manager, together with other Payment Rails Product Managers, support the squad's product vision, developing the product roadmap, aiming the delivery of value to clients (current and future) and to Pismo Strategy; Evaluate and discuss, together with engineering and business areas, potential approaches for implementing the product roadmap: build, partner, buy
