Job Overview The Maintenance Manager II supports a large volume facility and is responsible for all aspects of the Maintenance Department. This includes managing a program that ensures all assets including production equipment, support equipment, building, and grounds are properly maintained. The Maintenance Manager II will also develop and manage a team that strives for outstanding customer service achieved through diverse collaboration; identify and manage an annual budget that flexes spending to align with actual production volume, and work with plant leadership to maintain established KPIs
