Job Description The Senior Manager, Data Products is responsible for owning the roadmap for data products, reporting capabilities, and analytical solutions that improve business performance, client outcomes, and operational scale. This role translates business strategy and stakeholder needs into prioritized product requirements and scalable data solutions that improve data access, accuracy, and decision-making in high-volume digital payments and risk environments
This is an individual contributor role. You will partner across business, product, and technology teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and execute against a roadmap that supports strategic initiatives and long-term platform scalability. You will help shape how data products are prioritized, communicated, and operationalized to deliver measurable value for internal stakeholders and clients
A key focus of this role is advancing automated data solutions through AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation capabilities. You will support portfolio planning, roadmap communication, and adoption of new capabilities that improve workflow efficiency, increase scalability, and enable faster, more informed decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong product ownership experience, domain knowledge in payments or risk, and the ability to independently lead initiatives from problem definition through delivery
