If so, look no further – Kyndryl is seeking a Network Support Specialist who will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks. As our Network Support Specialist, you'll be working in a complex, multi-vendor environment, and will use your analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues, make configuration changes, and implement security policies
This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions (including emergency changes), and participate in change reviews as needed. And with the ever-changing nature of technology, you'll be constantly learning and growing in your role. Responsibility Includes: Work as a Team Lead for Network and Security operations
Network SME/ L3 – Cisco ACI, Cisco Wi-Fi, Cisco ISE, Routing & Switching, Load Balancer Security Firewall SME/L3 - Cisco FTD 3k, FMC, FortiGate Firewall, Forti analyser, Cisco ISE, SMA, DDOS and WAF. Primarily to Manage and support SDN Technology like Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE , APIC, Stealth watch, Cisco Wi-Fi, routing and Switching , Cisco Firewalls, Fortinet Firewalls. Ensure the Security devices uptime of the client is 100% Prepare weekly reports, monthly availability, and performance reports of the client
Provide root cause analysis of outages. Upgrade firmware/Software of network security devices. Timely
