Key Responsibilities Lead collaboration with a diverse group of engineering teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve sophisticated fab issues applying failure analysis and fault isolation techniques, statistical data analysis, and other innovative methodologies, effectively identify the root-cause of issues and implement robust solutions

Work closely with customers to understand requests, define and isolate the problems, deliver clear analysis, and develop robust solution to effectively improve and resolve yield, quality, test programs, and other critical fab issues. Support Yield Improvement teams in resolving fab problems, including improving coverage at Probe, repair optimization, pattern stress, bug optimization, and Force Fail criteria review and verification. Drive or represent the team in important collaboration meetings and provide clear, detailed reports to internal partners, explaining the electrical failure models and mechanisms observed

Develop new methodologies, new skills and capabilities through in-depth failure analysis case investigation, MBPS methodology, coordinated training and studies, writing technical papers, and driving continuous improvement projects in the organization. Manage state-of-art failure analysis and fault isolation lab equipment to ensure readiness and operation. Essential Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus 8 years equivalent work experience in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field

Effective communication skills in written and spoken English. Strong self-motivation and passion. Good multitasking and organizational skills

Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills. G
