Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC Improve manufacturing processes via installation, maintenance, optimization, and development of Photolithography equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and enhance efficiency/yield. Govern track process definitions and naming standards for data integrity (Qual system, GeRM, particle inspection). Lead/sign off process and Tool Move qualifications
Drive communication on photo process updates, steps, materials, and issues. Support track materials, recipes, and configurations. Prepare technical documentation for scale-up, changes, and analysis
Manage filter conversion projects: define requirements, compare specs, assess risk, and execute qualification plans. Maintain Fab-wide filter compliance sheets for cross-site alignment. Troubleshoot mismatches and address BKM gaps
Support part number changes, procurement alignment, and swaps. Provide filter requirements in global reviews. Ensure correct filtration across photolithography technologies
Maintain material usage templates and verify accuracy per tool/process. Participate in global Photo material standardization (MOS). Review new chemical/material introductions
Ensure accuracy, compliance, alignment, and HVM readiness. Provide material guidance to planning, quality, PEE, and operations teams. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
