In the area, be responsible for a designated area with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the same or equivalent area, demonstrating deep understanding of area operations, constraints, and interactions to enable more efficient and insightful performance analysis

Experience or strong familiarity with equipment material handling and transfer mechanisms (e.g., tool-to-tool or intra-tool transport structures) is highly preferred, as it enables deeper loss interpretation and more effective improvement identification.. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) related to processes, equipment, and production to analyze overall machine performance and drive systematic improvements, while balancing both quality performance and maximum output objectives. Transform analysis results into actionable on-site improvement actions and actively support and execute efficiency improvement initiatives across multiple areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure improvements lead to maximum sustainable output

Regularly conduct weekly/monthly OEE analyses to systematically identify performance gaps, linking losses to operational realities in the area, and propose specific, prioritized, and high-impact improvement recommendations. Be responsible for P2P (Plan-to-Performance) monitoring of the area, ensuring baseline performance aligns with planned goals, proactively identifying deviation risks, and supporting corrective actions to protect both output and quality performance. Assist in establishing and optimizing the area-level OEE indicator framework and analysis methodology to improve consistency, decision speed, and analysis efficiency across areas and sites
