What a Senior Director, Head of Finance – INSA does at Visa Serve as a member of the senior leadership team for India & South Asia (INSA) and be the focal point for all finance-related matters. Responsible for creating and maintaining a high standard of financial discipline, controls, decision support, and accountability within the geography. Act as a key advisor and thought partner to the Group Country Manager and Country Managers to facilitate delivery of short-term financial targets as well as long-term growth objectives

Provide strong financial thought leadership on growth strategies, current performance, business case analysis of client incentive deals, sales, marketing and product initiatives, and pricing proposals.
