Job Description As Disruptive/ Market Movers Sales Leader at Visa, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing a forward-looking commercial strategy for Peru´s issuing and ecosystem players business. The leader will drive accelerated growth by identifying disruptive opportunities, unlocking new business models and delivering innovative client-centric solutions

This role requires a bold and strategic mindset to challenge the status quo, anticipate market shift and position Visa as a key partner in the evolution of the payment ecosystem for these market movers. Reporting directly to the Country Manager in Peru, the Sales Leader will oversee the Account Executive team, leading end-to-end client management, revenue growth and strategic account expansion within and beyond core. The position will play a central role in influencing and engaging key decision-makers—both internally and externally—including client leadership, government officials, and industry partners, to drive alignment with Visa’s commercial objectives and further ecosystem development
