You will play a key role in transforming how we compete in the global market, delivering world-class solutions through seamless execution and collaboration. Category Management & Strategic Sourcing: Implement processes to strictly monitor collaborator happiness with key suppliers. Recommend ambitious targets to increase value such as high revenue, spend reduction, purchasing efficiency, customer services, and supplier management

Examine sourcing patterns and provide validated suggestions for designated categories. Participate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal-setting. Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners

Cost Management & Analysis: Identify and evaluate category-specific savings/revenue levers. Drive category savings/revenue and scorecard metric targets. Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal collaborators

Apply should-cost models for assigned categories that are benchmarked and relevant to the global marketplace. Negotiation: Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals, renegotiation of prices, transfers, etc. Lead sourcing events/RFQ process into bundled negotiation

Incorporate savings targets and contract requirements into negotiations. Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and build, negotiate, monitor, and enforce contracted terms and conditions. Lead strategic sourcing efforts, negotiati
