This role supports the execution of internal and external programming, site activations, wellness offerings, and community-building efforts that enhance culture, boost morale, and drive engagement at our spaceport locations. You will partner with internal teams to bring large-scale initiatives to life while also owning the day-to-day execution of services, events, and amenities that improve quality of life for SpaceX employees
The ideal candidate is creative, operationally-minded, and has a sharp eye for aesthetics. You’ll be responsible for improving shared spaces, owning internal communications like the monthly Experience newsletter, and helping create environments where employees feel inspired and supported.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Spaceport Experience operations including onsite events, amenities, wellness activations, and engagement programming</li> <li>Lead the creation and distribution of the monthly experience newsletter, managing content, formatting, and stakeholder coordination</li> <li>Identify and execute improvements across employee-facing spaces, ensuring they are functional, inviting, and aligned with SpaceX’s design aesthetic</li> <li>Support signage updates, space refreshes, and design-forward upgrades in collaboration with Facilities and Development teams</li> <li>Monitor the quality and consistency of employee-facing services, resolving issues and upholding operational standards</li> <li>Assist wit
