This individual will support the procurement of construction services and related capital equipment for MEP/FP, civil, structural, architectural, and general construction scopes critical to Starship production, launch infrastructure, and Starbase facility expansion.</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW39191229 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{"335551550":6,"335551620":6}"> </span></p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction services including general contracting, MEP/FP, civil, structural, architectural, and specialty trades, as well as related capital equipment.</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="List Bullet"> Lead the creation of bid packages and manage competitive bidding processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs), including contractor prequalification, pre-bid meetings, site visits, bid evaluations, and award recommendations for construction scopes.</span></span></li> <
