Solution Architecture Manager

About this role

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects supporting strategic enterprise customers across GCR. Drive consultative, industry-led customer engagements focused on business value, digital transformation, AI adoption, and modernization initiatives. Partner with customer C-level executives, business stakeholders, and enterprise architects to align technology solutions to business priorities and measurable outcomes

Shape solution strategy and architecture across Cloud, Data, AI, Forward Deployed Engineers. Lead architecture governance, technical quality, and solution alignment across customer engagements and delivery programs. Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, AI transformation, and industry trends

Provide technical and delivery leadership across complex enterprise transformation programs. Ensure successful sales-to-delivery handoff and alignment between customer objectives, architecture, and execution. Support teams in resolving complex technical challenges, managing escalations, and mitigating delivery risks

Engage with customer stakeholders through governance forums, executive reviews, and escalation management processes. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security) OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security) OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security) OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
