The New Product Introduction Systems (NPI Systems) team within Intel Foundry Automation (IFA) is seeking a talented Software Applications Development Engineer to develop comprehensive full-stack software solutions that drive our manufacturing excellence
What You'll Do Develop automation applications for new product introduction workflows, execution readiness, build logistics, and Design of Experiments (DOE) planning Responsibilities include complete software project lifecycle spanning requirements analysis, design, development, testing and support for automation applications Collaborate with Assembly Test Technology Development (ATTD) and Logic Technology Development (LTD) teams across TD and High-Volume manufacturing facilities Analyze stakeholder requirements to identify key challenges and design optimal application/system solutions Build robust, high-performance applications that meet current and forecasted business needs Develop and execute comprehensive automated testing suites to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance Provide expert-level technical support to TD factories and process engineers Key Skills & Behaviors Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent project planning and organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and develop practical solutions Adaptability and customer-focused mindset Self-motivated with drive for continuous improvement Understand existing software stack and apply new requirements efficiently Experience working effectively with remote, cross-functional teams Qualifications: The Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for t
