<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Location</b></p>BERLIN PLANT<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p>At our Gillette plant in Berlin, which employs around 500 people, we use state-of-the-art high-tech control and manufacturing systems to produce wet-shaving heads for the premium Fusion, Labs, and Venus shaving systems. </p><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>Are you passionate about shaping the <b>digital future of manufacturing</b>?</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for <b>IT, OT and digital technologies</b> at a manufacturing site, ensuring stable, secure and scalable operations while accelerating the use of <b>data, analytics and AI</b> to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.</p><p>You will work closely with <b>Manufacturing, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and global IT, OT and Data teams</b>, acting as a key enabler of P&G’s digital and AI‑driven manufacturing strategy.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li>Support <b>site IT and OT infrastructure</b>, including networks and industrial connectivity</li><li>Act as system owner or technical lead for <b>AGV systems, Warehouse Management Systems (MHS)</b> and OT machine connectivity, including lifecycle and obsolescence management</li><li>Serve as <b>Site Application Owner</b> for manufacturing and digital applications, including system migrations and standard platform adoption</li><li>Ensure <b>cyber‑secure IT/OT operations</b>, supporting cybersecurity governance, audits and ICS firewall activities</li><li>Enable <b>manufacturing data pipelines</b> (PLC/HMI to edge and cloud) and work with <b>SQL databases </b>to support analytics and AI solutions</li><li>Partner with <b>Data Scientists and AI teams</b> to deploy use cases such as predictive maintenance, quality analytics and autonomous operations</li><li>Lead or contribute to <b>cross‑functional IT, OT and digital projects</b>, driving continuous improvement and business v
