The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, upgrade, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform qualification, repair, upgrades, and maintenance for the customers within the specific region. The holder of this position reports to the EUV Operations Planning and Prep manager and is responsible for providing operations integrated sequences

The Sequence integrator will work with other team members like the planner and preparation coordinator to ensure all planning and preparation tasks are done to guarantee maximum quality for the 1st line team. Role and responsibilities The role of the Sequence Integrator is to independently plan, prep, verify, merge and execute service actions sequences into the most efficient and effective method/sequence. Based on the defined scope (SO’s, PM’s, FCO’s and FCP’s) from the planner you merge and optimize the sequence to meet targets pending the given constrains

The output plan includes the daily tasks as well as USD and longer-term SD plans. The role encompasses the preparation of the sequences collected from GEAR and Coach databases.
