A DAY IN THE LIFE … As the SEO Manager , you will serve as the Above Market Single Point of Contact (SPOC) supporting the Zone Category eBusiness Manager and Market eBusiness Leads
Your mission is to drive the creation and implementation of holistic Search strategies—across SEO, SEM, eRetail, and Voice Search—and help stakeholders accelerate their objectives and KPIs more effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with internal teams (Zone, IBS, MSE) and external partners (Google, Amazon, BrightEdge) to ensure best-in-class execution and innovation in Search. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Drive and support Search initiatives in assigned markets to meet eBusiness goals
Search Program Management : Create, manage, and optimize paid and organic search programs across Search Engines, eRetailers, Platforms, and Voice Search. Agency Relationship Management : Act as the primary owner of Search agency relationships at Zone/Market level. Provide regular performance and optimization reports to stakeholders
Capability Building : Support market teams with Search capability building—from beginner to advanced—via training sessions, workshops, webinars, and written guidelines. Search Maturity Assessment : Evaluate brands’ Search maturity and develop tailored Search Packs to build und
