This role partners closely with Product, Design, and Engineering (front-end and back-end) teams to translate marketing and business objectives into scalable, high-quality digital solutions that power customer engagement and growth. You will ensure alignment across stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes while enabling seamless collaboration between creative and technical teams

Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, balance speed with quality, and drive execution across integrated product and engineering workflows.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li><p>Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional Marketing Technology initiatives, ensuring alignment from concept through launch and post-release optimization</p></li><li><p>Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Studio stakeholders to shape strategy, define priorities, and translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions</p></li><li><p>Lead roadmap planning and execution across a portfolio of Martech platforms and digital experiences, balancing speed, quality, and business impact</p></li><li><p>Establish and optimize Agile practices across teams, driving predictable delivery, continuous improvement, and high-performing team dynamics</p></li><li><p>Orchestrate execution across distributed teams, including multiple studios by proactively managing dependencies, aligning priorities, and removing blockers</p></li><li><p>Act as the connective layer between creative, product, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless translation
