Growing together. We are seeking a Sr Systems Management Analyst to join the Optum Software Provisioning Operations team. This role is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and support of workstation software and security patch deployments, as well as operational troubleshooting and reporting within a large enterprise environment The ideal candidate is a hands-on systems management professional with strong technical depth, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to independently analyze and resolve software deployment issues while contributing to operational improvements

Primary Responsibilities: Support software provisioning operations, including application and security patch deployments across the enterprise Monitor and troubleshoot production software deployment issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions Analyze deployment failures, environmental issues, and tooling behavior to ensure successful job completion Monitor ongoing deployment activity, proactively investigating, alerting, and advising on risks or failures Collect, analyze, and report systems management KPIs and operational metrics Develop, update, and maintain operational and procedural documentation Contribute to operational roadmap initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support end-user computing environments Perform additional duties as assigned to support ope
