What You’ll Be Doing As the Senior HR Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for activities relating to the Singapore Payroll, Benefits and HRIS administrations

This individual will partner closely with team members of the Singapore People Experience Team and the Payroll vendor in managing the full spectrum of Payroll processes and activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of Payroll, and being compliant to the statutory requirements. Benefits administration will come under the care of this position, and this individual will also assume the role of subject matter expert for HRIS. To carry out the following functions (of all 5 Operating Units) under the position: Implement/Enhance C&B policies in alignment with various objectives, updating and communicating it with the company’s employees Payroll (bi-monthly basis – 2 payroll runs): Consolidate payroll documents and perform verification before submission to HR Shared Services partner Check payroll reports generated by HR Shared Services partner before confirming for payroll release Raise cheque requisitions and prepare for cheque collection by new joiners/ leavers Processing of company’s payroll Central Provident Fund (CPF) and any other statutory contributions during each pay period Preparing payroll and finance reports for record-keeping/audit purposes Responsible
