The team is responsible for driving transformational evolution of our Service and Repair processes, systems, and tools to enhance supply chain performance. We are looking to hire a creative, analytical, and hands-on engineer to enable scalability and growth of NVIDIA Service and Repair Operations
You will be a key lead collaborating with our cross-functional teams including NVIDIA Operations, our contract manufactures, logistics/warehouse partners, Engineering, Finance and IT/Business Systems teams to drive innovation and enhancements. What You'll Be Doing Transform our Service Supply Chain operating model to become predictive and proactive driving increased levels of customer satisfaction. Drive incremental performance in our business processes, systems, and tools to enable operational efficiency, visibility, and prompt business decisions
Develop and mature how we track and measure our success via level 1-3 KPIs. Standardize business processes, systems, and tools to mirror mass production operations business operating model across our global partner ecosystem. Innovate and build industry best solutions aimed at operational efficiency, speed, and scale
