We're looking for a growth-minded Sr. RFx Automation Manager who combines business acumen, critical thinking, and customer obsession to deliver high-impact automation and tooling. The AWS RFx Orchestration and Content Services (ROCS) team sits within the Private Pricing Programs & Experiences (3PX) team, where we build scalable, self-service tools and automation that enable independent RFx responses and partner with AWS Sales and subject-matter experts to deliver compliant, strategic RFx responses

You'll own the intersection of process, data, content, and automation; orchestrating responses today while building the mechanisms and tooling that eliminate the need for manual orchestration tomorrow. This is a builder role. You think in systems and mechanisms, always looking for ways to automate, scale self-service, and eliminate toil while maintaining a high bar for deliverables

You work back from internal and external customers' needs to define, prioritize, and deliver on time, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist and self-learner with strong personal momentum and critical judgment. You communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
