This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. **If you live within 50 miles of our Arlington, VA, headquarters, this will be a hybrid position currently requiring Tuesday-Thursday onsite** **This will support International Premium Waters** Position Summary Apply experience and expertise of regulations & policies to review and apply compliance by design of (a) formulas, ingredients and any relevant processing procedures, (b) all required and optional label information, including claims, and (c) sensitive communications such as advertising, promotional materials, websites, etc. Prepare scientific and regulatory dossiers and registrations required by regulation or Nestlé policy for novel ingredients, formulas and/or labels

Lead the regulatory aspects of the Innovation and Renovation process from concept to product launch devising compliance strategies for novel ingredients or new technologies. Maintain existing Nestlé systems, policies and tools, as well as recommend opportunities to enhance and improve processes.
