THE ROLE: AMD Singapore is seeking a Senior Program Manager – Site Operations & Strategic Programs to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that support site operations, strategic planning, and executive engagement. This senior role requires strong program governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution across a highly matrixed, global organization. THE PERSON: The successful candidate will serve as a key integrator between site leadership, engineering, and enabling functions to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business priorities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Program & Initiative Leadership Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies. Act as a strategic thought partner to site leadership, supporting prioritization, planning, and execution across key initiatives. Support leadership rhythm-of-business activities, including operating reviews, staff meetings, offsites, and planning cycles

Synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear recommendations, decision briefs, and executive‑ready materials. Track leadership commitments, key decisions, and action items to ensure follow‑through and closure. Provide structured problem analysis and scenario support to enable timel
