Growing together. This role will work across various teams and provide strategic guidance to organizational leaders through financial modeling to win large and complex deals for Optum. Success in this role will be dependent on your ability to navigate a large matric organization, influence leadership in order to affect change, and be able to clearly articulate business issues and recommended solutions

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities: Work with multiple business unit executives to determine correct solution, resources needed and contractual terms for deals Leading financial response to RFPs to ensure minimal risk and maximum benefit for Optum Analyze complex deals, develop pricing recommendations, and drive critical approval process with finance executives to meet tight deadlines Understand business goals and objectives to help advise executives on appropriate solution Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry changes to help drive solution strategy Understand cost structure across multiple busine
