The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MS SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SQL Server database environments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical applications and guide best practices for data management. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain SQL Server database systems across all environments. Perform performance tuning, query optimization, indexing strategies, and troubleshooting of database-related issues

Design & oversee high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, including Always On, clustering, and replication. Manage database capacity planning, storage optimization, and resource monitoring. Develop and enforce policies and procedures for data security, backup, retention, and integrity

Support database deployments, schema changes, and release automation in collaboration with development teams. Analyze and tune SSIS/SSRS/SSAS components (as applicable). Maintain documentation for architecture, standards, and processes
