Job Description The ideal candidate will bring deep, strategic marketing expertise to drive transformation and business growth for Visa’s partner banks through high-impact, integrated marketing programs, led by robust insights. Drive Insight Generation: Lead the process with Visa research teams to generate deep, actionable insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and partner bank business needs

Leverage these insights as the foundation for building strategic marketing campaign programs. Develop and Execute Integrated Marketing Strategies: Design and lead the implementation of strategic marketing roadmaps for partner banks, identifying core growth opportunities aligned with key business and marketing objectives. Drive joint investment by presenting compelling, data driven recommendations

Orchestrate 360 Marketing Campaigns: Own the end-to-end planning, development, and flawless execution of major joint marketing programs with partner banks and Visa’s agencies. These integrated programs include: Brand building activities with 360 marketing campaigns Strategic sponsorships and partnership activations Advanced digital marketing initiatives Advance Digital Marketing and Brand Maturity: Proactively champion the digital marketing transformation agenda for partner banks.
