By implementing lean manufacturing principles and leveraging GE Aerospace’s proprietary FLIGHT DECK operating system, you’ll help enhance efficiency, improve quality, and reduce costs—directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering world-class aerospace solutions.<br><br>To excel in this role, you’ll need a strong background in manufacturing engineering, ideally electrical power systems. Key skills include expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies, problem-solving, and process optimisation
Experience in mentoring and leading teams is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse functions. A deep understanding of electrical power systems and their manufacturing requirements would be highly beneficial, along with a commitment to safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC)—the pillars of GE Aerospace’s operations.<br><br>This position is part of GE Aerospace Consulting Manufacturing Engineering (CME) Office, a specialised group that focuses on driving technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in manufacturing engineering processes.
